Quality and Environmental Policies

 

The Integrated Policy expresses the Administration’s commitment with regards to Quality and Environment, considering them fundamental to achieving the Mission, Values and Objectives established for the Organization.

Serafim Fertuzinhos defines the following strategic guidelines:

01| Provide Quality products and services, respecting Occupational Safety and the Environment, complying with the requirements of standards NP EN ISO9001: 2015 and NP EN ISO14001: 2015, as well as legislation, regulations and other requirements to which the organization subscribes;

02| Ensure prolonged functionality, robustness, durability and ergonomics of the product;

03| Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and other relevant stakeholders, and adaptability to their needs and expectations;

04| Encourage employee involvement and the development of their skills through continuous training and training;

05| Minimize significant environmental impacts, namely adequate waste management, resulting from the activities carried out by the organization, preventing pollution and promoting internally and externally the rational use of resources, aiming to protect the environment and the sustainability of natural resources;

06| Raise awareness and encourage employees, suppliers and subcontractors to adopt best practices in the field of environmental preservation;

07| Promote innovation and continuous improvement, regularly evaluating the performance of the integrated management system, reviewing and establishing its objectives for integrated quality and environmental management;

The organization intends to remain a reference in the markets where it operates, through integrated management, based on optimized processes, and oriented towards satisfying the needs and expectations of customers, employees and other interested parties. This policy is communicated within the organization and is available to all interested parties.
